Getting Back Into It...

This week I am getting back into my diet/workout jam. I was slacking off, skipping workouts, my diet was slipping, and I was not enjoying the repercussions from all of these combined!!! This week I plan to get my ish together and stick with it!

Here are some things I am focusing on...
  • Working out. I haven't had a regular workout in a full week! I plan to get back to my normal 6 days a week of running and working out.
  • Diet. I am kind of back on weight watchers and keeping a general point count, but in the same sense I am trying to focus on eating whole, clean foods. Instead of opting for the lower "point" food I want to make sure that I really am making the best choice. Weight Watchers is more of a way to keep me in check with portions and knowing when to stop. I just want to focus on making sure my food choices are good ones which Weight Watchers doesn't always do. That is why I am not 100% in, but still using it as a guide.
  • Water. I need to drink way more water than I have been lately. I am probably pushing it when I say I had 2 glasses yesterday. I have been terrible with this. Time to chug, chug, chug!
  • Make activities count. Do more workout related activities. Go on more walks, practice more softball, swim, hike, bike, kayak, etc.
I think this is a solid list to start seeing results on the scale again. I'll keep you guys posted with how I am doing on occasion!
