Happy Tuesday, friends!
How was your weekend? Mine was full of sports! I played in a softball tournament on Saturday with the lady Divas. We played a total of 4 games on Saturday and we ended up winning 2 and losing 2. The team went back out for more games on Sunday and finished the tournament in 2nd place. Not too bad for our first tournament together. I bailed on the team Sunday because my family had tickets to the ACC Championship game! It was a lot of fun and a great game. Oh, and Miami won their first ACC Championship ever! It's all about the U, baby!

With that being said, its time to crank up the diet this week! Here are a few things I hope to improve on...
- Drink more water! I have really been slacking in the water department lately. I am going to drink 4-5 (16.9 fl oz) bottles a day at work. Then, at home instead of juice or milk stick with water as well.
- Eat less carbs. My diet has been very carb heavy lately and this week I am going to cut a lot out.
- Portion control. This one has always been an issue with me. I need to cut back on my dinner portions and eat less!
- Have lunch prepared the evening before. Typically, I head home for my lunch break and heat leftovers so I really need to make sure to have options available for when I head home to ensure I am having a nutritious lunch.
